In keeping with the teaching learning process of the institute, the teachers endeavour to identify the slow learners and help them according to their needs. The supportive measures include: Remedial classes and tutorials are organized for slow learners. Teachers offer bilingual explanations and discussions for their understanding.
For their better understanding, simplified books are recomended and sometimes discussions on relevant topics are arranged outside the classes and quite a few students are provided with books and necessary suggestions.
Sometimes departmental seminars are arranged with the subject experts from the neighbouring colleges for encouraging and enhancing the subject knowledge of the students.
Moreover every faculty member has a positive attitude to
interact with these students to solve their problems in an inspiring way.
